Work experience

Relayna Inc, USA. March 2026 — Present. CTO/CEO/Principal Software Developer/Desktop & Backend Developer

Founded and led development of Relayna, an AI assistant platform for desktop, web, cloud, and mobile.

Designed and built the core architecture using Electron, React, Rust, Axum, SQLX, MySQL, WebSocket, REST API, Docker, and React Native/Expo.

Implemented a local-first AI assistant runtime with multi-step reasoning, tool execution, background tasks, provider-based LLM integration, local/cloud configuration, and execution tracing.

Built the desktop app, cloud/container runtime, backend services, public web app, mobile client foundation, and integrations for Gmail/Google, IMAP/SMTP, file operations, document processing, URL extraction, browser automation, and speech recognition with faster-whisper.

Managed production infrastructure including Docker images, Docker Swarm, Nginx, TLS, DNS, mail server setup, deployment automation, and repository engineering standards.

Jetico, Finland. September 2020 — Present. Principal Rust Developer.

Work in an AI-assisted development workflow using Codex and Claude Code for codebase navigation, implementation, refactoring, debugging, and test generation, while maintaining production-level quality standards.

Implemented an adaptive open-set text-classification training pipeline in Rust using Candle/CUDA, including Linear Head training with stratified splits, per-class TPR-based threshold calibration, iterative fine-tuning with snapshotting, best-model selection by min(total_errors), and reproducible JSON bundle save/evaluate with confusion matrix and open-set accuracy.

Developed a document search and indexing engine in Rust using Actix, Tokio, SeaORM, and SQLite.

Built an activation license server in Rust using Actix-Web, Diesel, and MySQL.
